Stay-to-play tournaments are tournamnets that enforce a room quota policy for team outside of a specific radius from the venue. Teams are required to meet room quotas in order to partcipate in the tournament. Failure to do will result in the team being withdrawn from the tournament. 

You must utilize the link we provide in order for your reservation to count towards the room quotas. We do not have control over room availability or pricing as that is set up by the travel agency hired by the torunament director. 

Players on national level team are expected to attend Nationals. The fees for Nationals is already built into the tution and are non-refundable if you do not attend Nationals. Please plan accordingly.

Per our parent-player contracta nd ficnalical obligation signed at registration, we are unable to provide a refund. We encourage all families to purchase player isnurnace for an injuries or personal complications that may impact partcipation for the remainder of the season.
